Refund, Cancellation & Renewal Policy

This page explains exactly how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and renewals work for Pay-As-You-Go, Monthly, and Annual training options. By purchasing, scheduling, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Important: Subscriptions must be canceled before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Once a renewal charge is processed, it is treated as a completed billing cycle (see “Renewals & No Retroactive Refunds” below).
Pay-As-You-Go

Pay-As-You-Go (Scheduled Sessions)

Pay-As-You-Go is a one-time purchase for a scheduled one-on-one session (or block of time, if offered).

  • Refunds: Pay-As-You-Go purchases are refundable only if the session is canceled within the allowed cancellation window stated at booking (see below).
  • Cancellation window: If you cancel before the cancellation deadline shown on your booking confirmation, you may request a refund or credit (at our discretion).
  • After the window: Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are not refundable.
  • Completed sessions: Once a session has started (or has been completed), it is non-refundable.

Booking confirmation controls

  • Your confirmation email contains the official reschedule/cancel links and the applicable deadline.
  • If you can’t find it, check spam/junk or contact us before your deadline.
Subscriptions

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide ongoing access and/or included training benefits (depending on your plan).

  • Cancel anytime (before renewal): You may cancel at any time, but you must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
  • No partial-month/partial-year refunds: Subscription billing periods are not prorated. Once a billing cycle begins, that cycle is considered delivered/available.
  • Cancellation takes effect at period end: When you cancel properly, you will typically retain access through the end of your current paid period (unless otherwise stated on your plan).
  • Legacy/discount codes: One-time discounts apply only at purchase and do not change future renewal pricing unless explicitly stated.

Customer responsibility (clear and undisputable)

  • It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not want future charges.
  • Reminder emails may be sent, but they are not guaranteed, and failure to receive them does not waive this policy.
Renewals

Renewals & No Retroactive Refunds

Renewals are automatic unless you cancel in advance.

  • No retroactive refunds after renewal: If a renewal charge is processed, it is not refundable and will not be reversed because of “forgotten cancellation.”
  • Cancel before the renewal date/time: To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date/time listed in your subscription/account.
  • Billing errors: If you believe a charge is truly an error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Note: Payment disputes/chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension and removal of access (see Chargebacks).

Scheduling

Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule within the allowed window shown in your booking confirmation.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other scheduled members.
  • No-shows: Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable.
  • Technical issues: If a technical failure on our side prevents the session from happening, we will reschedule or credit the session.
Digital

Digital Goods / Downloads

  • Non-refundable once delivered: Digital products, downloads, templates, and files are non-refundable once access has been provided.
  • Access issues: If a download link is broken or access fails, we’ll fix the link or provide an alternate delivery method.
Payments

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Contact us first: If you believe a charge is incorrect, email us before filing a dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
  • Chargeback impact: Filing a chargeback may immediately suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.
  • Fraud prevention: We may require additional verification for unusual activity or repeated failed payments.
